recently took a 15 years leap and new characters have been introduced and actress
Ashita Dhawan
is one of them.
Talking about her role in the show Ashita says,"I am playing a character called Kamini who is a mother to the lead, she is full on drama and coming from the middle class family who become rich and she thinks everybody is inferior.The attitude, accent and attire everything is different. I have been playing Bihari, Bhojpuri kind of roles on television. And offering me such kind of roles is very special to me. I will give the credit to the makers because television typecasts you."

She adds, "Initially I was nervous about it but then I thought I should do it. My sister Rinku was playing one of the very important roles and I have watched the show in bits and pieces."
