Ashi Singh: A great actor is the one who acts with conviction even when he is disconnected

Actress Ashi Singh, who's currently seen playing the role of Meet has never shied away from experimenting with her characters. She likes to constantly challenge the actor within her. The actress, who is a multifaceted artist, says that the fact that her overtly critical nature has helped her improve her performances day by day.
Ashi says, "I don't feel that I have yet achieved that pinnacle of my craft.Whenever I am in front of the camera, I try to work with my whole heart and I try to live the character and the situation. Sometimes when I feel that things are disconnected, I sense that through my performance and that's when I don't enjoy watching my performance. I think a great actor is the one who acts with conviction even when things are disconnected. I am yet to achieve that stage."
Ashi who enjoys a huge fan following currently is just three shows old in the industry. The actress, who acted in Qaidi Band went on to star in Yeh Unn Dino Ki Baat Hai and Aladdin consecutively. She is currently seen as Meet Hooda in her ongoing show Meet - Badlegi Duniya Ki Reet.
Not just her characters, the actress has experimented with her looks as well in all her three shows. While in Yeh Un Dinon, she carried the 90s look effortlessly, in Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga, she was seen as a fairytale princess and now as Meet she sports a short hair and plays a character who is a tom-boy. Ashi's pairing with Shagun Pandey is well appreciated by fans and they love watching the duo together on-screen.
