Proud mother Archana Puran Singh had recently shared a glimpse of her sons Ayushmaan Sethi and Aaryamann Sethi’s stage performance. And that went viral with overwhelming and positive response from fraternity and netizens alike.
The ‘Great Indian Kapil Show’ fame now took to social media to share the full performance video of her sons. She wrote, “Recently, when I posted a reel of a stage performance featuring both my sons @ayushmaansethi and @aaryamannsethi little did I anticipate the barrage of dms and messages asking where everyone could watch the play live. Luckily, I happened to have a taping of their last performance held here in Mumbai, and so, on popular demand, here is the entirety of the play - 'The Show Must Go On'.”
The play is written, directed, and performed by the brothers. Mom Archana also wrote, “They've both written it from their heart, from extremely personal experiences as auditioning actors in a highly competitive and demanding field. The video contains all the appropriate trigger warnings and I do hope that as audiences you will above all else, appreciate the art, its message, and the courage it took both Ayushmaan and Aaryamann to deliver this impassioned and heartfelt performance in front of a live audience. P.S: this is their very first stage performance.”
It was their first stage performance and many applauded the feat. She posted a short clip of her sons' stage performance on her Instagram account, expressing delight at their fresh start with a heartfelt message alongside the video.
Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover both praised the performances. Kapil wrote, "So natural they both r lots of love." On the other hand, Sunil wrote, "Superb!! Maza aa gaya! They are so good. Way to go!!”
