Archana revealed that her family was struggling financially when she expressed her desire to move to Mumbai and pursue acting. Her father was against the idea, but her mother believed in her dreams. Taking a bold step, her mother sold her gold jewellery and managed to gather ₹33,000 to send Archana to Mumbai.
She recalled, “I remember we didn’t have enough money, but I wanted to become an actor. My mom sold her gold jewellery and gave me ₹33,000. She later made sure I left the house for Mumbai without my dad’s knowledge, as he was against it. I did one TV show named ‘Buddha,’ and then I got ‘Bigg Boss,’ which changed my life.”
