'Anupamaa' December 31 update: Prem and Prerna's big secret is FINALLY revealed

The last episode of 2025 starts off with Prerna and Prem sharing a moment and hugging one another. This ends up leaving Rahi shocked as she confronts them both. She asks him if he knew Prerna already, prompting him to ask her about Rahi.Rahi ends up revealing that Prerna is the one who she had a fight with at the mall. Prerna accuses her of being jealous. She also mentions about how Prem left her without giving her closure. This confuses Rahi, who asks if they knew each other from before. Prerna then reveals that the two had known each other long before and that she had proposed to Prem. He, however, had disappeared without a trace and without giving her a proper answer. Rahi is already shocked at the revelation, and Anupama also ends up hearing it and finding out about the truth.The couple's wedding celebrations are in full swing; however, Anupama and Rajni end up getting confronted by the media. The two had made sure to keep the media away from the main venue; however, the women were followed anyways.The scene shifts to Ishani reaching the shoot location, though no one is seen there. This leaves her terrified. A man nearby looks her over and smirks, and the scene shifts to Anupama feeling restless and feeling as if something is about to go wrong around her.As Ishani tries to leave, the police raid the place and capture everyone at the shoot. Ishani tries to get out of the situation and leave but is still arrested. Anuampa and now Pakhi both feel restless about Ishani's whereabouts.Prerna also reaches the scene, where Rajni tries to talk to her; however, she is told to stay away and not become her 'mother.' She then hugs Anupama and leaves, leaving Rajni distraught.Varun also confronts his mother about the redevelopment papers, to which Rajni simply tells him to wait a little longer, pointing towards how Anupama still has not signed the papers. Rajni also fears that Prerna will tell the truth to Anupama before she is able to get her to sign the papers for the redevelopment.Prem and Prerna meet once more and talk a lot. They're both spotted by Leela and Hasmukh, who end up worried about all that is happening. Rahi ends up coming there and reassuring them that Prem and Prerna are only friends and nothing else. Leela ends up saying that Vanraj and Kavya were also once 'just friends,' making second thoughts pop up in her head.Ishani, who is with the police, tries to call both Anupama and Pakhi, but neither of them pick up. She then ends up reaching Jaspreet, who helps her and tries to leave the wedding venue. She bumps into Anupama, and rather than telling her the truth, she lies about some other emergency and leaves.The preview of the next episode shows Rajni trying to force Anupama to sign the papers, citing that it's already too late. Anupama ends up signing the papers, leaving Rahi shocked, who tells her that she made the wrong decision.
