Ankit Arora :Luck by chance

At times, the best of things happen when you least expect them, and that seems to be the case for actor Ankit Arora.
He played Laxman in the epic saga Ramayan when he actually had come to Mumbai to become a singer. “I was taking training from the renowned singer Ravindra Jain, but one day I happened to meet Anandji and he asked me to give it a shot.
Then there were auditions, I gave two look tests and I got lucky,” says Ankit.“After Ramayan, I played the negative lead in Jyoti and from a periodic drama to a negative character was quite a shift for me,” he says. So where does that leave his passion for singing? “Well, it’s acting for me now, but, I will continue to work on my crooning skills. I’m sure it’ll be a deadly combo!” he smiles.
