Aniruddh Dave missed Ganpati festival as he shoots in Scotland

Aniruddh Dave has joined the cast of

spy thriller ‘Bell Bottom’

and is currently in Scotland shooting for the film. On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the actor seek blessings from Bappa there and says he missed the festivities back home.

Shared Jaipur boy Aniruddh, "It has been so many years in Mumbai that I am used to Ganpati celebration and visiting friends who keep Ganpati. The fervour in Mumbai is like oxygen and I will miss the festivities this year. In Jaipur too Ganesh Chaturthi is big, but in Mumbai it is celebrated with higher enthusiasm. I prayed here in Scotland." Aniruddh entered showbiz with "Raajkumar Aaryyan" in 2008 and has been a part of shows like Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki, Mera Naam Karegi Roshan, Phulwa and "Patiala Babes", to name a few. The actor also disclosed that he will ask Bappa to end this COVID pandemic soon and added, "We are really done with COVID and we don't have any choice but to accept the new normal."

Though he has been in the industry for over a decade now, he still keeps away from social media platforms unlike his contemporaries. He said, “I am not that active on social media. I cannot live a fake lifestyle so if I want to share anything I share it on Twitter. I don’t believe in posting photos and writing quotes, I rather try to speak through my words and statements.”
