'I could kill to get a massage'
...says television actress Sucheta Khanna, a movie buff who watches a movie everyday.
My personal de-stress mantra is...
watching movies. Everyday I watch a movie. When I get back home, I have to watch a movie, be it from Hollywood or Bollywood. My favourite movie is Freida and Akira Kurosawa's movies. I'm not an exercise person. I have never been to a gym in my life.
I do yoga whenever I get time from my busy schedule. I go for walks in the open, four to five times a week.
In my leisure...
I'm fascinated by occult sciences and so in my free time, I study tarot cards and recently I learnt the witch's tarot. I also love visiting the spa as I love to getting massages. Infact, I could kill to get a massage. I opt for the hot stone massage, water massage, foot massage and body massage as well.
A cook or a foodie?
I'm not a foodie but I love to cook. Whenever its my day off, I cook yummy food.
My hobbies are...
I love travelling, especially to those lesser known places. I had a memorable time visiting Badrinath and Amarnath. I have visited the Ramana Maharishi ashram in Bangalore and the experience was very enriching.

Chilling at home or a party animal?
I don't party at all. I prefer staying at home. I have few friends whom I cherish and comfortable with. Sometimes, I call my friends over to my place to chill out and play boardgames like Monopoly.
Tips to de-stress
One should find their own way to unwind, as per their lifestyle. Be it watching movies, exercising, dancing, playing sports or any hobby they'd like to indulge in. Also, one should take out some time for themselves from their busy schedule.
