Akanksha Puri: My kiss with Jad in Bigg Boss OTT was made the biggest highlight of the show. I don't understand why

Akanksha Puri is disappointed with her Bigg Boss OTT 2 journey ending in just two weeks. The actress is also upset with the makers for highlighting her kiss with model Jad Hadid in the house. Akanksha says, "I had janta's votes. They ranked me third when I entered the house. But then the judges found me too perfect saying I never spoke the local dialect and was always talking in English. Is it wrong if I haven't washed dishes? I was ready to learn. My eviction was announced on the screen and I was escorted out. I was not even given a chance to meet the inmates or talk with Salman Khan. I felt that was very unfair. It seemed like people had a problem with me from the beginning." Ask her how she agreed to do it and she says, "My team would lose a point if I did not agree to kiss Jad. So I went ahead with it. Jad got too involved during the kiss. And that's why perhaps he wasn't happy because I just moved my lips a bit and he termed me a bad kisser. But, it was a task, why will I get involved in it?" The actress shares how even her parents watched the show. She says, "My parents have watched my series too, where I have enacted intimate scenes and they know I am a professional. So, I had no qualms in doing a task which was about kissing. But look at how the makers have milked the kiss? It is the biggest highlight of the show. They have conveniently forgotten how Jad pulled his pants down when he got into a fight... that was blurred. How come that was not promoted or shown? And if my kiss was the biggest highlight of the show, why was I evicted?" Jad had jokingly proposed marriage to Akanksha in the house on day 2. Talking about that, she says, "He was just playing games and not genuine. I liked him and would have liked to take things ahead but the day Salman sir said that his liking for me was one-sided, he showed interest in another contestant. So it was all just a part of a plan that Jad had made. He was never genuine, so why such hoopla over my kiss?"
