Ajooni actress Veronica Verma recalls her family's financial struggles: We were in huge debt and had to leave our hometown

Actress Veronica Verma, who has been a part of the shows Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Santoshi Maa – Sunayein Vrat Kathayein Season 2 and Ajooni, recently opened up on the time her family struggled financially.
Narrating the ordeal, the actress shared, "Financial trouble, financial crisis, I have seen it all when my father's entire business went down.We used to live in Kanpur, but had to leave our hometown due to our financial condition. We were in huge debt and my family was completely shattered. We shifted to Delhi and had a tough time making ends meet as a family. We are five siblings and bearing the basic expenses of each one of us was getting harder for my father. I can't describe in words under what conditions we have passed through that phase. I was studying at that time, but due to the financial condition of my house, I wasn't even able to take tuition."
Veronica further shared, "My family has gone through a lot lekin kehte haina bhagwan bure din dikhata hai to achhe bhi dikhata hai. Slowly, things were coming back on track and we started living our life normally. I would call that phase one of the lowest phases of my life, but I think bad phases make you a very strong person in the journey."
