Aisha Singh does a Madhuri Dixit from 'Hum Aapke Hai Kaun' in her show

Naina played by Ashi Singh of 'Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai' has taken cues from the diva Madhuri Dixit’s style from the movie to ensure she looks like her for her wedding. For the haldi sequence, Ashi is seen wearing a yellow kurta-salwar which is similar to the one worn by Madhuri Dixit in 'Hum Aapke Hai Kaun'.
Ashi said, “I love Deepika Padukone and Anushka Sharma currently, I am a very huge fan of Madhuri Dixit if we talk about actresses from the 1990’s.She is an iconic actress and I was very excited to wear the outfit and have a make-up to look somewhat similar to her. Of course I am not going to look like her, but it’s a different feel. Moreover, Madhuri is my mother’s favorite actress, so she got more excited about it when I told her about it. I feel lucky to be part of this show as I’m getting to live the 90’s and experience the 90’s wala romance and now the shaadi.”
