After a Jaipur wedding, Vishal picks Udaipur for his anniversary

Udaipur

to celebrate his sixth wedding anniversary on December 6. Vishal and his wife Rashi pick one Rajasthani city every year to celebrate their wedding anniversary – and this time it was the City of Lakes.

Vishal said, “Rajasthan never fails to allure me or my wife. I feel it’s always ready to give me a big hug. I always find a reason to be here, be it for work or for a pleasure trip. I feel there is some karmic connection between the state and us.”

Vishal said his anniversary celebrations are incomplete without a trip to Rajasthan. “We never miss to be here on our wedding anniversary. Since the both of us are madly in love with the picturesque cities of the state, we chose Jaipur to tie our nuptial knots in 2010. Since then, the state has been a part of our happiness. So every year, we choose a Rajasthani city to celebrate our anniversary. After celebrating it in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Neemrana, this year, we chose Udaipur,” Vishal said, adding, “We married in a sub-urban property near Jaipur. When we were planning to get married, Rashi suggested we opted for a destination wedding and co-incidentally, both of us picked Jaipur. I was surprised to know that it was Rashi’s childhood dream to get married in Jaipur, while I too had selected the place even before meeting her. It cannot be just a co-incidence. We both feel we have a karmic connection with the state. We stayed here for about four days at a heritage property that overlooks the beautiful Fateh Sagar Lake.”
