Actress Digangana Suryavanshi expresses concern for the TikTok stars

Indian government

recently banned more than a dozen of

Chinese apps

in India and the one app for which affected the people was the

TikTok app

. A lot of people rose to fame through this app and were eventually earning too through this app. And now they not only have lost their followers but a platform too. People in the country supported the decision as it was taken for the well being of the country and before anything else the well being of the country comes.

Reacting on the same actress Digangana Suryavanshi expresses concern for actors and influencers whose income depended on the apps.

After the Indian government announced the

ban

of Chinese apps, Jalebi movie actress, Digangana Suryavanshi raised concern over the celebrities and influencers whose major source of income depended on these apps.

Expressing her thoughts on the apps-ban, she says, “While I’m sure it’s a well-thought decision that’s made by the government, I also can’t help but feel concerned about all the people who’s income depended on these apps. Although I wasn’t active on any of these apps, I know a lot of people who were. But ultimately, I do have faith in our government, and I wish there are enough and better alternatives made for all the banned apps.”

The ban over popular apps like

TikTok

and Helo has sent shock waves through the industry, as several influencers depended on the apps for their major source of income. The users are now requesting their fan base to follow them on their other social media handles instead.
