Aatish Kapadia's surprise visit

Mrs Tendulkar” will soon have a surprise visitor on the show. The writer-director and co-producer of the show – Aatish Kapadia who hasn’t acted in a soap for months now, will make a cameo appearance in this one.
He will be essaying the role of Prasoon Kapadia, a channel head, in the upcoming episodes of “Mrs Tendulkar” currently featuring on SAB TV. Prasoon Kapadia heads Rudali Channel and the sole aim of this channel is to garner TRPs by making the viewers cry.
Suhas Tendulkar (Deven Bhojani) will be seen as a successful soap writer. He has churned out several hit shows, and attempts to pitch his latest one to Prasoon. The channel head gives him a deadline and Suhas comes up with an interesting story around the life of a fat girl. He calls this show – ‘Guddi – Kaun Karega Moti Se Shaadi’. This is the story of a young and chubby girl, with rabbit-like teeth, who is unable to find a suitable match for marriage.
“Mrs Tendulkar” gives a tongue-in-cheek perspective to the miserable sob stories that run on several shows on television. Kapadia says, “It’s fun to be a part of such an entertaining track. I am obsessed with finding an ultimate sob story and this propels Suhas to conceptualise ‘Guddi – Kaun Karega Moti Se Shaadi’.”
