where she was seen as Tara, received overwhelming love from the entire cast and crew of the show on her last day. This made Aalisha emotional.
Sharing a couple of pictures, where she can be seen cutting the cake and posing with the team, Alisha wrote, "Well.... from here the curtains of IMMJ fall for me.. but the memories of #Aarohi #Taara #Kesari and many other characters I played in IMMJ stay with me... .. I’ll miss my set.. my makeuproom.. my whole team.. characters I lived.. and every single bit of my beautiful journey till now.. but whatever starts has to end one day for new beginnings.. Alisha had been serving her notice period for the last one month. The actress had first wanted to quit in July, 2018, when a three-month leap was introduced in the show. Back then,
Nia Sharma
had taken over as the new Arohi.
Reportedly, Aalisha was unhappy that her character was reduced to playing just the antagonist.
More recently, the show took another three-month time leap, leaving little scope for Aalisha to explore her character any further. Keeping in mind with the way her track was shaping up, the actress decided to quit.
