', about their plans for Diwali, this is what they had to say. We also asked them about their most memorable Diwali so far.
Aditi Gupta: I love to play cards on Diwali. So, I am going all out to play cards. Since I am shooting on the day, it will require a lot of effort to make time for the parties later in the evening. The fondest memory of Diwali, I have, is from my childhood. I used to look forward to the festival. I remember how the kids in our building would come together, put all the crackers in a pot and burst them. Then we used to go out at night and eat outside.
Seema Pandey: I am shooting today, so I haven't made any plans for Diwali. I love making rangolis and will make one this year, too. I will even put up lanterns. I am expecting some relatives at home in the evening. After attending to them, I might visit my friends, too. I have even planned to eat a lot of sweets and later on, I will compensate for it by working out hard. The fondest memory of Diwali dates back to 20 years ago, when I met my son almost after a month from an outdoor shoot. He was one-and-a-half years old then. I still remember his reaction vividly and it was overwhelming. Since he was too young to speak properly, he expressed his joy of seeing his mother after a month through his actions and cute gestures. That memory comes flooding back to me every Diwali. Whenever I feel depressed, I think of that day and it brightens up my mood.
