A Bollywood-themed birthday bash for Gouri Tonnk

Actress Gouri Tonnk, whose birthday falls on June 21, celebrated it on July 6 with friends from the television fraternity. Since the theme of the party was Bollywood, guests went all out, and dressed up as their favourite film characters like Murad from 'Gully Boy' and Poo from 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham'. Leading the brigade was Gouri herself, who was dressed as Janice (Zeenat Aman in 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna'), while husband Yash Tonk dressed up as Vinod Khanna.The party went on till the wee hours. Gouri said, “Since my daughter Mayrah was unwell, we postponed the birthday celebrations to July 6. Also, we kept postponing the celebration for three years as Mayrah was too young for all this. It was nice meeting my friends after such a long time and the Bollywood theme added to the fun.”
