Yoga: The actress has been doing yoga since 6 years now. She has a personal yoga teacher who teaches her yoga and pushes her beyond her limits.
There are few asaans which Nikita considers to do each day which are basically stretching and breathing exercises. On a weekly basis she dedicates two sessions for practicing an hour of yoga. Her favorite asana is chakrasna which is the back bend bridge. She can do a perfect 180 degree split as well.
Gym: Nikita is a regular gym goer. She usually prefers to do a mix of functional training while at her gym. Last year, she fractured her leg but that did not stop the
Kabir Singh actor away from her gym. She did her training with plaster on her leg and used to do upper body workouts then
Pilates: Past 1 year Nikita has been doing pilates and considers that very important. She is trained under celebrated fitness guru Namrata Purohit. Pilates help her strengthen her core muscles and be in a perfect shape.
Marathon: Nikita Dutta has been running the famous Mumbai Marathon past 4 years. She runs for the 21kms marathon each year and now is a proud owner of 4 medals over years. She practices 1.5 months prior to the marathon so that she can run 21kms in one go. She monitors her timing so that she can out beat herself each year.
Runner for Life: One thing which Nikita Dutta loves is running. Be it a park or a jogging track or simply up and down her lane. Last year Nikita Dutta visited her sister in USA and did an impromptu run when she got off at the start of the famous Golden Gate and ran to and fro in a freezing temperature of 7 degrees.
The actress was last seen on TV in Haasil which starred Vatsal Sheth and Zayed Khan. She was also seen in Bollywood film, Gold.
