I am mad about doing garba: Jayaka

Jayak Yagnik, whose Gujarati movie stint in Aapne To Dhirubhai, garnered her many brownie points, is going to miss the Navratri celebrations at her home town Vadodara this year. The perky actress, who is busy shooting in Mumbai, says, “Most probably, I will have only one night to celebrate this Navratri, since I have got a lot of commitments to be fulfilled here in Mumbai.”
Jayaka, who was in Ahmedabad recently on a promotional tour, says, “I can’t imagine not being able to groove to the garba music during Navratri.I am going to miss Navratri as I am mad about doing garba. I love the costumes, the jewellery and I love to dance during the nine nights.”
At the same time, Jayaka is hoping she gets some time off during the last three days so that she can catch up on all the Navratri action back home. Says the actress, “I am hoping to catch up on all the action because I don’t want to miss out on the revelry.”
