Jude Law and Matt Damon-starrer film The Talented Mr Ripley is being turned into a television series. Endemol Shine is partnering production company television 360 and publisher Diogenes to turn Patricia Highsmith's book series into a TV project.
Game of Thrones producer Guymon Casady and Benjamin Forkner of The Gallows are executive producing the show, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Highsmith's series of novels told the story of the charming psychopath Tom Ripley pulling off schemes around the globe.
A 1999 Anthony Minghella-directed version of The Talented Mr Ripley starred Damon as the conman and Gwyneth Paltrow as his victim.
A French version of the novel titled Purple Noon was released in 1960, with legendary leading man Alain Delon playing Ripley.
