Simon Cowell says he will never stop his son from working at a young age.
Cowell, 57, revealed that if his two-year-old son, Eric, would not be happy with the education system in school then he would tell him to quit and get a job, reported Female First.
"I don't understand why you want to torture someone to be somewhere where they don't want to be.

Simon said he himself had never been academically good during his school days.
