In the video, which released on July 24, fans also saw quick flashes of a calm Dr. John Watson (Martin Freeman), a very upset Molly Hooper (Louise Brealey), a stealthy Mary Morstan/Mrs. Watson (Amanda Abbington) with gun in hand, Detective Inspector Greg Lestrade (Rupert Graves) defending himself, and Mrs. Hudson (Una Stubbs) calling Sherlock's brother Mycroft Holmes (Mark Gatiss) a "reptile."

Sadly, there's no footage of Sherlock with his new Bloodhound sidekick, but there are quite a few ominous images of creepy nurses, a laughing Toby Young and a shocked Sherlock.
