The episode 'Mktopaz' opens with two people dressed in the same clean-up gear planting false evidence. They put a blueprint on the desk.
At the Farm, Clay catches up with his finacee Maxine. She is not happy with Clay's job. Clay promises her to tell everything in the future.
Everyone who is appearing in the federal court meet at the bunker except for Dayana.Clay reminds everyone that anyone who gives information to any reporters will endanger everyone's lives.
A phone belonging to New York City socialite Rebecca Sherman (Donna Murphy) downloaded material about the U.S.’s vulnerabilities in passport control earlier that day. The information hasn’t yet been used, but they’ve found another collaborator. Everyone jumps at the chance to find a culprit before anyone has to lose their life.

Clay doesn't want to lie to his fiancee anymore but has no option. Most of the team members heads to NYC for the setup except for Ryan who goes to Sasha's office to rope her into his ploy.
The plan is to distract Rebecca by Alex or Maxine, while Clay will sneak into Rebecca's office and guess her password to access her computer. She catches Clay.
Rebecca finds out that FBI is onto her. Owen tells everyone that if she gives them information, they will offer her a safe passage to return.
Roth gets shot. As the crowd gathers, Rebecca is also hit. The team sets off in Central Park to identify the shooter. Harry comes upon the suspect and is shocked to find out: Sebastian.
Nimah and Ryan are having a talk and Nimah isn't happy that Ryan leaked information to the press.
While Owen is visiting Lydia, Alex gets a phone call from Harry. Emotional, he tells her that he won’t be coming back. Alex is sad but believes him when he says he just can’t join a team. As the frame widens, though, and as Harry hangs up, we see that Sebastian has a gun to his head.
