Peter Andre feels shy in taking off his shirt

Singer-TV host Peter Andre may have flaunted his physique in 1996 hit single "Mysterious Girl," but he now feels shy to take his shirt off.

Andre, 43, said he no longer feels confident in showing off his body in public, reported Femalefirst.

"I'm not much of a shirt taker offer. I'm not into it. Maybe I'm getting a bit shy!" he said.

Andre is still fit but he maintains that he has not achieved his physique by dieting because he "loves" to eat.

"I don't diet, I like to eat. I have to exercise though. I feel better than I ever have done in my life."
