Sam Heughan is all set for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour stop in Scotland, but is Travis Kelce ready for it? In a video posted on Instagram on June 5, the 44-year-old Outlander star expressed his excitement about seeing the "Fortnight" singer perform this weekend and personally extended a warm welcome to her in Edinburgh, Scotland. "We're heading to watch Taylor Swift perform in Scotland, and I think most of the cast will be there," he shared with the camera while in full costume.
"She might not know it yet, but when she spots me in the crowd, she'll forget all about ... him [Travis Kelce] and be smitten by a man in a ginger wig." Heughan grinned, "How could she resist?" before playfully teasing the Kansas City Chiefs tight end. "She'll shake him off and choose me instead. I'm really thrilled!" Accompanied by Swift's song "Ready For It?," the actor tied in his Outlander character, James Alexander Malcolm Mackenzie Fraser, in the caption, "Welcome to Scotland Taylor! . JAMMF is a Swiftie ."
While it all seemed light-hearted, Kelce might have some competition on his hands. Swift and Kelce's romance blossomed after he mentioned his intention to gift her a friendship bracelet with his phone number during her Eras Tour stop in Kansas City. Since then, the couple has been openly displaying their affection.
Swift supported the NFL player at this year's Super Bowl, and they were seen dancing together at Coachella Music Festival in April. The Grammy-winning artist even alluded to their relationship in her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.
