TV host Nick Cannon has filed a lawsuit against former wife Mariah Carey's business manager Michael Kane over the sale of their USD 9 million Bel-Air mansion. According to lawsuit, Kane did not inform him about the house's sale or the closing date until February 24, reported E!Online.
Cannon said in his lawsuit that he had "no objection" to sell the house but his "initial efforts to obtain copies of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and other documents pertinent to the transaction were rebuffed by Kane."

The 34-year-old father of two is seeking a trust be placed on the sale proceeds from the house until proper accounting for distribution of the sales proceeds.
