Josh Radnor, renowned for his role in "How I Met Your Mother," and Jordana Jacobs, a psychologist based in Brooklyn, exchanged vows amidst a winter storm. The actor shared several pictures from his wedding.
The couple had met during a retreat in 2022. Josh, 49, thanked the guests for making it to their snowy-bliss filled weekend wedding. Josh wrote, “I got married! Two weeks ago. In a *light* blizzard. It was an incredible overwhelming snowy bliss-filled weekend. So grateful to so many people I love for making the trip to @thesistersofcedarlakes to be with us. To @forgedinthenorth for the extraordinary pictures. But most of all to Jordana. I can’t believe my great good fortune that I get to call this extraordinary woman my wife.”
The photographer also shared some more pictures from the wedding and wrote, “We had a surreal experience photographing Josh & Jordana on their wedding weekend in early January. Heavy snowfall, cozy fires, and warm hearts. We love you two, thanks for trusting us to be there. And a huge shout out to the wonderful team of people who helped make this day memorable.”
Back in November 2023, he How I Met Your Mother actor had dropped a hint about the wedding during his sold-out NYC tour stop. While on stage, the actor and singer revealed that the inspiration for the song struck him when he encountered his future bride at his friend's "psychedelic" event. He amusingly remarked after playing his song “Brooklyn Girl”, “In an unexpected twist, we’re getting married.”
Josh won massive popularity with his role as Ted Mosby in HIMYM, which aired from 2005-14. While he has been a part of several film and TV series, HIMYM catapulted Josh’s popularity.
The actor, on several occasions had dropped hints at ‘being with someone’ and also sharing a home. While talking about his new single “Learning”, Josh had told People magazine, “that he had been sharing a home in Brooklyn with his fiancée, and said that his new album tackles the “full menu of emotions” from his life.
