Jamie Lynn Spears makes a special appearance at the Dancing With The Stars grand finale amid her dad’s serious medical condition

Jamie Lynn Spears returned for the Dancing With the Stars finale after a rollercoaster journey on the dance reality show. Her appearance on the reality dance competition follows the news of her dad's serious medical condition. Jamie made it to finals of Dancing With The Stars after spending a good amount of time with her dad in the hospital.


Jamie Spears’ father had his leg amputated about a month ago. He reportedly spent weeks in the hospital for a bacterial infection in one of his legs. However, Jamie decided not to speak about her dad’s health on the sets of the show.

Lynn posted some behind-the-scenes snaps on Instagram later that day, showcasing celebratory moments from the Dancing With The Stars finale. For the unversed, she and dance pro Alan Bersten had been eliminated on week 2 of the competition.


In the carousel's featured photo, Spears wore a sparkly gold dress as she posed with a couple of bouquets. She also shared images with fellow DWTS contestant Ariana Madix's book, Single AF Cocktails.The star also included shots with Bersten and former Mirrorball champ Hannah Brown. In another picture she included a shot with DWTS alum Mark Ballas. "Season 33, I'm coming for ya," she said in a video clip.



Ahead of Jamie’s DWTS appearance, she was a contestant on- I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here. However, she left the season on Nov. 29, according to ITV. She mentioned that she was having a tough time on the show.
