Drew Barrymore has joined "First Dates" as the narrator of the new reality TV series for people looking for love.
The 41-year-old "Never Been Kissed" star, who announced her split from husband Will Kopelman earlier this month, has loaned her voice to the new programme which follows couples on first dates over the course of one night in a restaurant.

Ellen Degeneres, is based on a UK show of the same name.
"First Dates" is the latest small screen project for Barrymore.

The two will play married real estate agents on the Netflix series penned by "Better Off Ted" writer Victor Fresco. It is scheduled to debut in 2017.
