, has discussed the deleted scenes in the tenth season of the show.
The director revealed a touching bar scene could not make it into the main reel of the sci-fi TV series, reported The Independent.
"There was a whole sequence in the bar scene, where Heather and Bill first meet, and we spin around them.
READ ALSO: Doctor Who lands his first gay companion "When we spun around them, what was originally revealed was that the Doctor was on stage playing guitar. It's a great sequence, it was lovely to shoot," Gough told Den of Creek.
He said Peter Capaldi, who stars in the titular role, was playing a heavy-metal-inspired version of Clara's Theme on guitar.
The moment may appear on the deleted scenes collection of the DVD.
