According to reports, the housemates, who entered the house on February 6, have been not been given any information about the corona outbreak since they entered.
Big Brother Germany broadcaster Sat.1 defended its decision to keep the contestants in the dark by saying that they will inform them if there is a reason to do so.
However, after receiving flak on social media about not telling the contestants, the makers recently announced that they will be informing the housemates about the pandemic in a special live episode on Tuesday.
During the live show, "Big Brother" doctor Dr. Andreas Kaniewski will explain the current situation, answer questions from the contestants and play video messages from their relatives.
The outbreak of corona is a serious issue and India too has been witnessing increasing cases of corona. Keeping the health and safety of all the artists in mind, the Indian Motion Picture Producers' Association recently announced shooting for all TV shows, film advertisements and web shows to be stopped from March 19 to March 31.
