Actress Annette Bening has been roped in for Ryan Murphy's upcoming anthology installment called "Katrina: American Crime Story".
The 58-year-old actress will be joining Fox 21 Television Studios and FX Productions series dealing with Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath, confirmed The Hollywood Reporter.

The four-time Oscar-nominated actress will play the role of former Louisiana governor Kathleen Blanco in the show, which marks her first TV role in over a decade.

Bening will star alongside Courtney B Vance, Sarah Paulson and Cuba Gooding Jr, who also appear in FX's another favourite, "The People v OJ Simpson".
