After giving birth to her 5th kid, Kailyn Lowry announces she is pregnant for 6th time and is expecting twins

Lowry, 31, disclosed on Friday's edition of her podcast Barely Famous that she is pregnant with twins with partner Elijah Scott. Teen Mom star Allison Kuch, who is married to NFL player Isaac Rochell and expecting her first child, revealed great news regarding babies No. 6 and No. 7.
Lowry recalls their holiday in Thailand, "We were not even near each other, but what are the odds?" And I suppose we both came home with permanent mementoes."
"Wait, you brought home a permanent souvenir?" Oh my God, how could I have missed this? Kuch answers, "We both got pregnant in Thailand."

Lowry then says, "I must have gotten pregnant right before I left and had no idea."
"When I got there, I ate everything." My cheeks were red, but I didn't notice since I was thinking, there's no way."There's no way," she remembers thinking.
Later in the podcast, Kuch expresses astonishment that she became pregnant so quickly because she expected the procedure to take longer. The TikTok singer adds that she was tracking her ovulation, which allowed her to pinpoint the precise date she became pregnant.
"Well, to be fair, I mean, this is my ... sixth pregnancy, like six and seven for me," Lowry responds, confirming that she is expecting twins. "And I've gotten pregnant when I'm not actually ... like I've tracked my ovulation and I've gotten pregnant on days that were not my ovulation window."
Earlier this month, the podcast presenter revealed that she and Scott had secretly welcomed their fifth child, son Rio. Rumors about her expecting a fifth kid had been circulating for several months. Instead of participating in the excitement, Lowry took a different approach this time: she kept the news to herself.
"I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share rather than being bound by a contractual obligation or storyline," Lowry told PEOPLE on an edition of her podcast.

Lowry, on the other hand, wasn't quite "ready" to disclose her personal family news. "I feel like it was ripped out from under me time and time again," she said. "I feel like my hands are tied." People are announcing it for me, so I might as well simply talk about it at this point."
"At this point, at least, I can try to do it my way," she added.
In addition to Rio, Lowry is the mother to Creed, 3, and Lux, 6, with ex Chris Lopez, Lincoln, 9, with ex Javi Marroquin, and Isaac, 13, with ex Jo Rivera.
