New web series ‘Olokkhis in Goa’ is all set to stream on a popular Bengali OTT channel. Notably, late actress Aindrila Sharma was also supposed to be a part of the series and accompany the team to Goa for the shooting schedule. Unfortunately, she was hospitalised after suffering a brain stroke on November 1. Aindrila passed away on November 21 after putting up a tough fight in the hospital.
The upcoming web series, ‘Olokkhis in Goa’ is directed by Joydip Banerjee and has an interesting storyline. It will feature four popular actresses of this industry. Actresses Anuradha Mukherjee, Avery Singha Roy, Priyanka Mondal, and Priyanka Bhattacharjee will play prominent roles in the series. According to the sources, Priyanka is playing the character that was supposed to be played by late actress Aindrila.
‘Olokkhis in Goa’ will narrate a female-centric story and the shoot has been done at some picturesque locations in Goa and adjacent places.
Meanwhile, it is time to binge and chill for the audience, with all leading OTT channels dishing out their entertainment platter that has mixed genres.
