The news of daily soap ‘Joyee’ ending its journey has left the entire team as well as the audience upset.
The show ‘Joyee’, starring

Debadrita Basu

Dibyojyoti Dutta

as the lead characters, is one of the popular daily soaps on Bengali television. It was premiered in 2017 and became quite popular with its storyline which features village belle Joyee, who is a talented footballer. Debadrita as footballer bahu Joyee was quite convincing while Dibyojyoti stole a million hearts with his charm.

Thanks to the frequent twists and turns, simple story telling and the passionate chemistry between Ribhu and Joyee, the show gives a tough fight to all other saas-bahu sagas and scored well on the TRP charts. Keeping the arch rivalry of villain Sukumar and Joyee alive, the episodes are going quite well. And this week Joyee scored well on the TRP charts. The show is expected to end with a gripping story track following which Alokananda Guha will enter the show.
