Daily soap ‘Kunjochaya’ is all set to conclude its journey. The show starring Shankar Chakraborty, Pallavi Dey and Somraj Maity set a high hope during launch. 'Kunjochaya' initially launched with an interesting storyline. The daily soap narrated the bond between retired teacher Subhas Sanyal, who is a man of principle and Shalik.
Subhas spent his life in a village and shares a beautiful relationship with a young girl (Shalik), who is always with him. After retirement, Subhas decides to go back to his house ‘Kunjochaya’, only to find his family living an unruly life. Ishaan (played by Somraj) is the grandson of Subhas. He is a talented cricketer and shares a sweet and sour relationship with Shalik.
Shalik and her Master Dadu try their best to bring the family members on the right track. The family members don’t like Shalik and do every possible thing to throw her out. Following a conspiracy, Ishaan’s cricket career faces a big hurdle. Shalik tries to help him. The duo also gets married following the destiny.
