TV show ‘Bangla Medium’, featuring Neel Bhattacharya and Tiyasha Lepcha has kept the viewers glued to the screen. The daily soap has made its presence felt in the TRP charts as well this week and meanwhile, the makers are trying their best to sustain the spot. To amp up the drama quotient, the makers have a special treat in store. In TV show ‘Bangla Medium’, there will be a star-studded gala. On the occasion of Suhana (played by Sampurna Lahiri)-Rajdeep’s (essayed Raja Goswami) grand reception, many popular celebs will appear on the show. The list of special guest includes ‘Mon Phagun’ fame Srijla Guha, actor Rezwan Rabbani Sheikh, singers Shovan Ganguly and Ujjaini. That’s not all, making the evening, Meyebela’s Dodo and Mou i.e actors Arpan GHosal, and Swikriti Majumder will also grace the show.
It will be a one-hour-long episode, where there will be music, dance, drama and lots of fun.
Speaking about the daily soap, ‘Bangla Medium’ brought back one of the most popular reel jodis back on the small screen. Neel Bhattacharya and Tiyasha Lepcha, who essayed Nikhil-Shyama’s characters in Bengali TV’s hit soap opera ‘Krishnakoli’, teamed up yet again for this TV drama. A simple yet relatable storyline and Neel-Tiyasha’s chemistry made ‘Krishnakoli’ an instant hit. It not only dominated TRP charts for a record period of time but also prompted the makers to launch it in other shows.
