TV actors Sandipta Sen and Roshni Bhattacharyya celebrate their birthday

Bengali television’s one of the most beautiful and successful actresses Sandipta Sen has turned a year older today (August 27). Sandipta shares her birthday with model and actress Roshni Bhattacryya, who is presently playing Jagadamba in ‘Rani Rashmoni’.
Sandipta, who will soon be seen the upcoming daily soap ‘Aaye Khuku Aaye’, is celebrating the day with her family and close friends.She has received a lot of gifts on her special day. Wishes started pouring in right from the midnight. Actors Sudip Sarkar, Twarita Chatterjee, Priyanka Bhattacharjee and others have wished Sandipta on her birthday. Sandipta’s social media handles are flooded with birthday wishes from her fans.
The actress, who started her acting career with the serial ‘Durga’, made her presence felt with the show itself. The daily soap starring Gourab Chatterjee opposite Sandipta was so successful that the makers are going to re-launch it with the title, ‘Durga Durgeshari’. Actors Sampurnaa Mondal and Biswarup Bandyopadhyay will be seen in ‘Durga Durgeswhari’ playing the leads. Sandipta introduced Sampurnaa’s character in the first promo of the upcoming show which tickled the nostalgia of the original version ‘Durga’.
She is gearing up with her upcoming project ‘Aaye Khuku Aaye’, which will star actor Rahul Arunoday Banerjee.
Another birthday girl Roshni was in for a surprise party last night. Her friends surprised the actress with a beautiful cake. Roshni, who started her career with modelling, is celebrating the day with her family and close friends. She made her television debut with ‘Premer Kahini’ and later did the show ‘Aloye Bhuban Bhora’, where she played a victim of acid attack. She recently joined 'Rani Rashmoni' after Sampurnaa left the show for her upcoming project ‘Durga Durgeshwari’.
