Actress Aindrila Sharma is known for her never say never attitude and strong fighting spirit. The actress is currently admitted to the hospital in critical condition after suffering a stroke, which caused an intracerebral hemorrhage. ​First battle against cancer

Aindrila, who is originally from Berhampur, Murshidabad district, was diagnosed with cancer when she was just a teenager. She underwent chemotherapy and won the battle with her courage.

Acting career

Known for her passion and natural acting skill, Aindrila played the female lead in ‘Jibon Jyoti’ after ‘Jhumur’. She played the role of a girl who is an expert in martial arts in the TV show which featured Ravi Shaw as the male lead. Aindrila underwent rigorous training to master the skill. ​Her battle with cancer for the second time

In February 2021, when Aindrila Sharma was diagnosed with cancer for the second time, the news left all her fans and industry colleagues deeply worried. She was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour in her lung. Aindrila was immediately taken to a hospital in Delhi for treatment. The actress underwent chemotherapy and a critical surgery. ​Acting comeback

The actress was under strict restriction post her chemotherapy was complete. The actress was always keen on resuming shoot. After complete recovery, she lost the weight she had gained during the treatment and faced the camera on Didi No. 1’s set followed by her appearance on ‘Dadagiri’.
