The story of ‘Nakshi Kantha’ revolves around the girl Shabnam, who isn’t afraid of raising her voice against odds. She protests when her abusive and conservative father harasses her mother. Shabnam continues her study and aims to become a doctor. Finally, she will fall in love with Joshojit. Manali has been praised by the audience for portraying such a powerful character.
