Team Rani Rashmoni’s special treat leaves Roshni Bhattacharyya overwhelmed

Popular Bengali actress Roshni Bhattacharyya aka Jagadamba from the period-drama ‘Rani Rashmoni’, was in for a lovely surprise. Her co-stars arranged ‘Aiburobhat’ for Roshni, who is set to have a traditional wedding soon.
Actors Suman Dey, Diya Chakraborty, Promita Chakrabartty, Sushmili, Sourav Saha, Koushik Das, Arunava Dey, Soumi Chakraborty and others treated Roshni with authentic Bengali platter on her ‘Aiburobhat’.All the rituals of ‘Aiburobhat’ were followed too. The lovely gesture left Roshni all overwhelmed. The team, which has become more like a family, had a good time together in the make-up room of the shooting studio where the ‘Aiburobhat’ was organised.
Interestingly, last year, team ‘Rani Rashmoni’ arranged ‘Aiburobhat’ for actor Gourab Chatterjee prior to his wedding, too. He was playing Mathuramohan’s character back then.
Speaking about Roshni, the actress left her fans and industry peers with the news of her registry marriage. Roshni and her beau Turjo Sen got hitched earlier in October. Only close friends and family members attended the ceremony, where the couple exchanged rings, too. Right after the registry wedding, the lovey-dovey couple went on a romantic escapade and enjoyed some quality time together.
Soon, Roshni and Turjo will have a traditional wedding which is likely to be a star-studded affair.
On the career front, model-turned-actress Roshni made her debut with TV show ‘Premer Kahini’. Later, she played the role of an acid attack survivor in ‘Aloy Bhuban Bhora’. She was praised for her performance in the show too. Later, Roshni joined team ‘Rani Rashmoni’ as Jagadamba after Sampurna Mondal left the show.
