Team Nishir Daak is in a celebratory mood; here's why

The energy is quite high on the shooting floor of ‘Nishir Daak’. And the team seems to be enjoying the on-going celebratory mood. First, the show completed 300 episodes yesterday (November 18), which definitely calls for a celebration. Then, it was actress Tumpa Ghosh’s birthday too. The entire team had a blast and celebrated the double occasion.
Tumpa said, “It was quite a fun yesterday.Our entire team has become a big family. We all enjoyed a lot.” To add more to the celebratory mood, actor Shoumo Banerjee, who is playing the male lead in the show is celebrating his birthday today.
The team has again geared up to make the day special for birthday boy. Shoumo said, “We are in celebratory mood since last two days. We celebrated our success of completing 300 episodes and then celebrated Tumpa’s birthday too. Today, the team is celebrating my birthday. With food, fun and adda, we are enjoying a lot.”
The actor is flooded with good wishes and gifts. The actor shared that the entire team has become a big fat family. He said, “We spend most of our time here on the shooting floor. The team has become one big family and we can’t think anything without them.”
Celebrations started since yesterday midnight. His parents surprised him with a beautiful cake. Talking about birthday Shoumo said, “Birthday is incomplete without a cake prepared by mom. Since childhood, it is a must. But this year, she couldn’t prepare a cake. That’s why I have told her to prepare a special cake on Christmas. I will celebrate both Christmas and birthday altogether,” he laughed out loud.
