Bengali television show ‘Bokul Kotha’, starring

, is set to end its journey soon. Today (January 25) the team had their last day of the shoot. Upcoming daily soap ‘Firki’ will replace the time slot of ‘Bokul Kotha’.

will be seen playing the character of a transgender mom in ‘Firki’.

Anuradha Roy, and others went nostalgic remembering all the past memories since day one. A special cake was brought to celebrate the success of the show.
The daily soap was launched in 2017, and has been successfully entertaining the audience since its first episode. The show still enjoys a good fan base thanks to a simple storyline and a strong cast.
The show started with tomboyish Bokul who is very much responsible by nature. She gets married to handsome guy Rishi following a twist. Initially, Rishi fails to accept her as his wife but eventually falls for her innocence.
As the story progressed, Bokul became a cop. She successfully balanced her personal life and career as well.
