Tanusree Goswami joins the cast of Saathi

, who plays a pivotal role in Sona Roder Gaan, has joined the cast of Saathi. Actor

and actress Anumita Dutta play the lead in the mega serial. Talking about her character, Tanusree said, “Saathi has been on air since February 2022. I am a part of the serial because the storyline will take a new turn now. I really loved my character — it has many layers. That apart, I am working with this production house for the first time and I am enjoying it. Many of the unit members of

are my friends too, so the atmosphere on the sets is lovely. Another reason for me to agree on doing this serial is that I absolutely loved the look of my character. Simple makeup, with statement necklaces and saris in light colours are part of my look. I have been shooting for this serial for a few days now and it feels wonderful. I hope the audience likes my work in it.”

Saathi also stars actors Rumki Chatterjee, Goutam Sarkar, Atree Bhattacharya, Rupsa Chatterjee and Debdut Ghosh.
