There is, however, another reason that Sudipta is not working in any Bengali serial at the moment. Next month, she is going to Mumbai for the look test of a few projects. Even though she didn’t reveal about the projects, she said she is also trying her luck in the south film industry. “I had worked in a couple of web series and serials there, so I am thinking of trying it once again,” she added. The model-cum-actress has played a negative character in the popular fantasy drama Saat Bhai Champa. The show features Promita Chakraborty and Rudrajit Mukherjee. Following a new twist, actress Roosha Chatterjee has entered the show.

Sudipta is a popular face in the Bengali television industry and is known for her style statement. When most of the actors in the industry are very conscious of their looks, Sudipta is an exception, as the gorgeous actress doesn’t shy away from experimenting with her looks. The actress is often spotted without makeup when she is not shooting.
