Sonalee Chaudhuri is happy to play a lawyer in Jamai Raja

Sonalee Chaudhuri is happy to play a lawyer in Jamai Raja, a megaserial aired on Zee Bangla which stars Arjun Chakraborty in the lead. “In the serial it is shown that Arjun and Sreema are headed for a divorce and Arjun appoints me as his lawyer so that their marriage is saved. Sreema on her side appoints a lawyer (played by Biswajit Chakraborty ) who is my senior. But the serial will show I will win the case and eventually their marriage will be saved,” said Sonalee who is also part of Sudehna Roy and Abhijit Guha’s next film.“I play Joyjit’s wife and the film has an ensemble cast. It shows a group going to Sunderbans where they discover each other.”
