films. Sharing details with us, Somraj said, “I am working for the film,

. It’s an Indo-Bangladesh project and I have been cast opposite Parno Mittra. Besides, I am doing Palash Er Biye with Mimi Chakraborty, which is directed by

.”



So, does he miss doing telly serials now that he has moved to movies, we asked. To this the actor replied, “As of now, there is no plan for a comeback in television. I do miss TV, but I have been doing it for the past six years. So, I wanted to move on to something different. From the time my serial Jiyon Kathi was nearing its end, I started planning to move to films.”

Telling us about his Holi celebrations, the actor said, “This Holi was a bit different than the previous ones. I love playing Holi with friends and family. But this year, since I have been shooting two films back-to-back from March 22, I couldn’t play with colours so much. I am also avoiding all my favourite food since I am on a diet now. In the morning I went to the mandir with my parents. The rest of the day I was with Ayoshi (Talukdar, actress-girlfriend) and we also went for a movie and attended a Holi party at a city club.”
