Co-stars Rahul and Rooqma, who first shared the screen as Raja-Mampi in ‘Desher Maati’ turned out to be an instant hit, making the duo among the most loved jodi on Bengali TV. Their popularity among fans forced the makers to cast them in ‘Laalkuthi’, and fans couldn’t get enough of them. Though the suspense thriller had a brief run on Bengali small screen, viewers loved seeing them together on-screen yet again. Rahul and Rooqma keep in touch with each other and keep entertaining fans with their photos, after the show wrapped up. Yesterday’s event wasn’t an exception.
