Senior artist Tanuka Chatterjee to play a meaty role in ‘Saheber Chithi’

Bengali television is ready to welcome a series of new shows. Love story, family drama, reality show- a variety of mixed entertainment platter is waiting for the audience. One of the much-awaited show is ‘Saheber Chithi’, which promises to have an ensemble starcast. While Debchandrima Singha Roy and Pratik Sen are teaming up for the first time as a lead pair, ‘Saheber Chithi’ will also feature some of the very senior artists of Bengali entertainment industry.
The show will have senior artist Tanuka Chatterjee in a prominent role. She will essay Mithila’s character who is male protagonist Saheb’s aunt. The character has interesting shades. Mithila is snob, and always shares her point of views openly even if it hurts others. The character has grey shades. Senior artist Sagnik Chatterjee, who has been a part of many TV shows and films, will essay the character of Mithila’s brother. Mithila’s presence in the show will certainly spice up the entertainment quotient.
Senior artist Tanuka is one of the versatile artists of Bengali entertainment industry. She has been a part of many TV shows including ‘Pratidaan’, ‘Joyee’, ‘Korikhela’ to name a few.
Meanwhile, the upcoming television serial will feature actress Devlina Kumar. The actress will play a negative role in her career for the first time. Devlina, who had a successful stint in reality TV as a mentor in ‘Dance Bangla Dance Season 11’, was earlier seen in mythological show ‘Jai Jagannath’ too.
