Senior artist Kheyali Dastidar pens dialogue for upcoming television serial ‘Indrani’

TV show ‘Indrani’, starring Ankitaa Chakraborty in the titular role, is ready to premiere on a popular Bengali channel. While the TV show has an interesting cast playing prominent roles, it also has a strong team who are working behind the camera. Senior artist Kheyali Dastidar, who is very popular among the audience, is also part of the creative team. She is penning the dialogues for TV show ‘Indrani’ while director Babu Banik has conceptualised the story and also directing the show.

Versatile actress Kheyali, who is known for her passion for art and power-packed acting chops, is equally eloquent in every medium; be it theatre or in front of the camera. She is very much excited about the soon-to-be-launched show that has an interesting storyline. The senior artist, who has been a part of the entertainment industry for a very long time, has appeared on many TV shows, telefilms, and movies. She was recently seen playing a small cameo in TV show ‘Mithai’ too.

Speaking about the upcoming show, it will narrate the story of protagonist Indrani, a working woman, and mother who tries to strike a fine balance between work and life. Her married life isn’t happy, but being a responsible daughter-in-law, she takes care of her in-laws in her husband’s absence. 40-something Indrani works in a hospital as the chief administrative officer. Male protagonist Aditya is also associated with the same hospital as a doctor. What happens when Aditya, who is in his 20s falls in love with Indrani and the hurdles they have to face on their way form the main crux of the story.

Actor Rahul Ganguly is essaying Aditya’s character. Soma Chakraborty, child artist Sambhabi Mukherjee and others will be seen essaying different characters in the show.
